There’s something magical about gathering with a group of like-minded souls who’s only desire is to grow into the woman they’ve always wanted to be. As an experienced facilitator, I am constantly humbled by the power of the group and grateful for the support we women offer each other when we come together.

Each group I’ve facilitated has been unique and different and yet, the one constant has always been that when we feel safe, cared for and supported, the energy and love we share with each other has resulted in growth and often life-changing shifts and change.

Self Love for the WISER Woman was born out of the desire to explore how we, as women, could become more of who we want to be.

The relationship you have with your body and food is important, but only tells part of your story. Self-Love is an intimate 7 week exploration about expanding who you are and what you believe about yourself beyond your struggle with food.

The journey is about:

✶ examining your life and values,
✶ to stop fighting with food and emotional eating,
✶ understanding why you do what you do,
✶ dieting and weight,
✶ body wisdom and confidence,
✶ core beliefs/trauma, self-compassion, gratitude

and so much more.

02 - Five Days to Body Confidence

This short 5 day program is infused with golden nuggets of wisdom and questions to help you become more aware of your relationship with your body and how to begin reconnecting with her and your inner wisdom and intuition.

If you’ve had a challenging relationship with food, spent years or decades dieting, you’ll have lived and functioned almost solely within your mind and cut off from your body. It is such a gift when you’re finally able to be present within your body, lean into her and hear all that she has to say to you. Your body is never wrong and willing to guide you around food, movement, love, energy and more.

You, lovely Soul, will never go wrong by listening and learning about her. You, lovely Soul, deserve to be the woman you’ve always wanted to be in your body - confident, calm, and free.

This is a FREE program created just for you. We’ll meet daily (replays available) in a private Facebook group where you have privacy to explore your relationship with your body and connect with other women who have struggled with their own body concerns and demons. 5 Days to Body Confidence isn’t a deep dive but will offer you the opporutnity to explore where you’re at now and experience feeling different (and better) about you and your body.

Emotional Freedom Technique Circle

03 - EFT Tapping Circles

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful mind/body tool I use daily myself and regularly with my clients.

I offer tapping circles throughout the year to help clear stubborn thoughts or beliefs, cravings for food (or wine!), to release anxiety and stress and those feelings that keep you up at night. We all have stories that could do with a re-write - the ones that no longer serve us!

This simple, yet powerful technique, where we tap gently on meridian points on our face and upper body, is designed to release the stress, anxiety, trauma and troubling thoughts/stories that we carry with us within our bodies and in our minds.

Each tapping circle I facilitate offers you the opportunity to release the underlying issues that keep you turning to food (or whatever the issues is) when you don’t want to.

And, while I may only tap with one person at a time, you’ll still benefit - you can’t help borrowing the benefits when you’re tapping along with us and connecting with other amazing women on a journey to becoming more of who they want to be.

There’s a collective power that happens when we come together. After all, we’re shifting our energy as we tap to clear out the old and welcome in energy for our highest and greatest good.

What I love about EFT is that once you know how to do it, you can tap yourself whenever you want to. Each circle I facilitate begins with a simple lesson for those who aren’t familiar with the tapping points. Everyone receives a copy of my E-book A Beginners Guide to EFT.

All Tapping Circles are held on zoom and last for about an hour.
